Welcome to Partners in Fitness! The pursuit of health and fitness can be challenging and confusing. There always seems to be a new exercise gadget or program being promoted making it hard to tell whether it is safe and effective or just a gimmick.
There is no quick fix to health and fitness. Working with a Personal Trainer, whether one-on-one, small group or Boot Camp, gives you an alternative to the mass market, impersonal approach to your fitness. At Partners in Fitness, I will provide you with a sound program that is specifically tailored to your current needs and I will change up your program so that it grows and changes as you progress and your goals or needs change.
At Partners in Fitness there is a focus on a comprehensive lifestyle plans. Programs include resistance training, cardiovascular conditioning, functional training, flexibility and nutrition. You will learn why each of these components is so important in a fitness program as well as learning proper techniques. I will change things up so that your program remains fresh, fun and challenging while still getting results.
At Partners in Fitness, you will get results that will be more than just cosmetic. Sure you will look great because you will have a healthier ratio of body fat to lean muscle but you will also have more energy, while reducing your chance of heart disease and being better able to manage stress.
To get results we will need to work as a team. Your input is critical in helping design and every-changing program that can meet your fitness, health and nutritional needs.
